Hi, I’m Farheen Shirazi, MD
I am a conventionally trained, recently turned holistic cardiologist focused on guiding you to your optimal wellness. I use my board-certified clinical background, combined with my certified wellness experience, to help you heal according to your needs. I look forward to helping you achieve your optimal health at whatever stage of life you are in.
My Mission
My role as a physician is to EMPOWER you and GUIDE you to heal yourself!
A Call to Healing
It's time to shift the paradigm in Medicine... from Illness to Wellness.
We need to return to the practice of the Art of Medicine…one that is founded on principles of healing, beneficence (doing good) and nonmaleficence (doing no harm), and rooted in the scientific method.
A style of practice where we hone our skills as compassionate experts in our field of study, and in which the driving force is for health and not for profit. We need to return to our roots as holistic healers with the understanding that mind, body and spirit are inextricably linked.
Thus, in order to heal the whole being, we must treat all dimensions of existence of that being. Therein, we will find the path to restoring energetic balance and homeostasis, otherwise known as wellness.
Balance lies in the middle, not at either extreme of the western medical industrial complex or rumor mill home remedies.
My approach involves merging my medical knowledge base with healing from a holistic perspective. I examine and transform illness into wellness through an updated, scientific holistic approach, where I customize care according to your individual needs, not a “one size fits all” protocol.
I am board-certified in traditional, allopathic cardiology and certified in wellness medicine as well. Thus, I apply my board-certified clinical expertise through a holistic lens to deliver the best care to you.
